3. Payments, Billing & Refunds

We do *not guarantee 100% delivery rates* as outcomes depend on external networks and user-side configurations.

5. Data Compliance & Legal Obligations

Ensure *DLT registration, sender ID, and template approval as per **TRAI*
Obtain *user consent* for marketing as required by *GDPR* and *IT Act 2000*
Avoid any unlawful or non-compliant campaign execution

Account suspension*
